Both AD, PD lords on Ushd.nakshtra-Sun also signifies head-check his eyes for vision and ears for hearing. Guru is kaarak for teacher- have rapport, consult and find out your son’s pitfalls if any - try to rectify the defects. The Dasa is good but the supplementary effects of Gochar Guru, Sani is lacking due to their disturbed mood of traversing other raasi.
