Manmohan Singh started oath at 6.33 PM and signed the register at 6.35PM One could have observed the ceremony on TV and could note the time. As such there is no confusion about the timing. One of my friend analysed oath taking Mahurta , which is reproduced below: " The Oath Taking chart of Manmohan Singh on 22/5/2009 at 18:33 Hrs.at New Delhi is really superb.I dont know whether the Congress party leaders have consulted any expert Astrologer,but luck is favouring him.Lagna is Vrischika with Karka Navamsha which is as you wrote is a Pushkara Navamsha.Nakshatra is Ashwini which is very good as this Nakshatra is in Mesha Rashi where Surya is exalted.Tithi is Trayodashi which indicates Jaya means victorious.Yoga is Saubhagya indicating good fortune,Karana is Vanija which indicates Cow which is very auspicious,Hora is Surya who is in 7th from Lagna and is in Krittika Nakshatra which indicates Hora Lord is very strong.Vara is Friday and Shukra is exalted in 5th house from Lagna which indicates fortune is smiling.Yogi is Shukra again.Muhurta is Ajapada which indicates Marut or Vayu and is negative Muhurta,Nadika is Jyeshta indicating effortless or easy wealth.Vara + Nakshatra Yoga is Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga and Amrita Yoga.Guru is in Kendra in 4th from Muhurta Lagna and Budha is in another Kendra,7th house.Here the position of Guru is very auspicious which removes hundreds of Doshas in the Muhurta chart. Here the important Dosha is Muhurta Devatha and Hora Lord Surya is in Agni Nakshatra .This indicates during his ministry period, there will be misunderstandings between the ministers and try to topple the government but Pushkaramsha Lagna will remove all kind of Doshas in the Muhurta chart.
