I have not seen any direct answers to your query in any of my known classics but

however there may be some contemporary scholars who might have said about it.

Under the above circumstances,I have the following solution to your query :

 

 

 

All those who have rental income,their Sukra get afflicted while their 4th house

and its lord would be strong.

 

Now look at this Sukra find out the reason for its affliction.The

strongest among the afflicting planet (associate or aspecting planet or

dispositor) would represent your tenant.

If

the afflicting planet and your Ascendant lords are friendly you would

have friendly relationship with your tenant.

 

The above are just ,my initial thoughts over your query but this has to be

studied / modified further to get answers to identify ones past and present

tenants. There may also be cases involving multiple house owning ,leasing then

how to proceed in those cases?
