4th house destroyed by Rahu and Sat, can go abroad marrying a foreign national??

It would be very kind of you if u answer my queries.

 

I want to marry an European Girl (Elder to me in Age). Im gonna start the

process of visa in a few days.

 

I have noted a few points in the chart, are these points really favourable for

me to marry and to go and get settled abroad ?

As you can see the condition of the 4th house, the health of my mother has been

adversely affected, she recently got operated, had developed Cancer in her

intestines, now a days im suffering from Chronic Sinusitis and temporary

Asthama(4th house effect), Our family Business also got many setbacks and now

its almost finished , i dont have any sources of income and i wanna go and get

settled abroad now, even we are planning to sell our house in order to gather

some finance, which would help me go abroad, One of the two houses has already

been sold, for the treatment of my mother. I think this is because of

Rahu/Saturn Dasa. So after all these results, would this dasa make me go out of

the country, as it seems so, thats why im planning to make arrangements for

this.

 

1.Dasa Running is Rahu/Saturn , Rahu placed in 8th house of Rasi Chart, Saturn

placed in 10th house of Rasi, which also happens to be the Upapada(marriage).

 

2.Rahu and Saturn in 7th house(marriage) of navamsa in Aquarius.

 

3.Pisces ascendant in D-4, Saturn aspecting the 9th house from the 7th house.

4th lord mercury(residence) in 12th house. Rahu (karaka for abroad and the major

period lord,also the co-lord of aquarius) aspecting the 9th house by Rashi

Drishti. And A-4(residence) and its lord Venus aspecting the 12th house and its

lord Saturn respectively.

Lastly, combination of mercury the UL lord(marriage) and Saturn, the lord of

12th(Foreign Country).

 

So could you please comment on all these points i have made ? Or if you could

add some Positive analysis in the Chart. And lastly Can you please tell me the

exact pratyantar Dasa for it, Do you think Venus Pratyantar would qualify to

send me abroad ?
