Help with my horoscope and How to calculate Guru Hora

I have a new yellow sapphire ring. I am in USA . As I didn't get a job from many

years my mother's astrologer in India suggested me to wear yellow sapphire or

kanaka pushyaraag on right index finger in Guru hora

which is at 7.30 am on sat 22 august. My star is chitta.

1)****I don't know how to calculate guru hora according to USA timings. Please

help me to select correct guru hora timings according to USA with out

durmuhurtham or bad timings .Right now I am in minneapolis, USA and Sunrise on
