My visa is valid till September 2010. Guruji's do I have a chance to go to USA again? When can I expect this chance to come? If so, this time will I be able to settle in a Job in USA? Since 1 and a half year I have been facing too many troubles. When will my luck start? I hope you will throw some light about my query. Visa validity indicated It could be H1 for job or for education. Unless you tell your astrologer ,he has two options. I will write here my brief background, events and circumstances happend in the past till date: I have two Elder brothers and I am the Youngest. My dad expired when I was in 7th class i.e., May 8th 1995.Since then our three brothers and mom survived with rent's of our property and my 1st brother completed Engineering in Eelectronics in 1996 and went to USA in 1999. He stayed there for 9 years. Meanwhile I finished my Mechanical Engineering in the year 2004 April. I tried for F1 (Student Visa) to USA in Dec 2004,Jan 2005,June 2005 and Nov 2005 but my visa application was rejected,so I left trying for it.My dad's youngest brother took our property documents in 1999 and took loan from many people in the guise of looking after our family. Since 2004 I tried my best to get all our property documents. And he(uncle) made our grandma to file a case on the property that she should get an equal share. I was also busy with court cases in 2005. I managed to get some of the documents roaming around Police stations atlast. In 2006 Dec 9th we brothers planned to start a consulting and software development company and started Sudarsana Homam in the rented office. Homa was for 3 days and on the second day itself we got news that our grandma expired.So, we couldnt continue the homa and our work got delayed and that venture was totally a flop. But one thing happend was, the court case got cancelled because our grandma who filed the case expired in Dec 2006. In 2007 I was asked by my brothers to buy a house. I searched and found a built house and bought it for our two brothers on 22nd june 2007 and we shifted to new home in Sept 2007.we used to live in rented house till then. My 2nd brother went to usa in 2005 and he settled as a software engg.since 2004 2nd brother was out of country. Then I filed for my H1(Job Visa) on March 31 2007 , and the company owner is our family friend. for 1 visa 3 applicants were on competition. 65,000 visas 2 lakh applicants. I got my H1 application selected in lottery system and my H1 application was approved in August 2007. I went for visa interview on 14th November 2007 in chennai i got my visa to do a job in usa. I was busy looking for girls for my second brother till feb 2008 and i got clashes with 2nd brother and i left for USA on March 22nd 2008. But the main reason to go to USA was, my mom asked me to get my 1st brother to India as he is not married and staying in USA continuously since 9 years without coming back to india atleast once to see me n mom. Then I went to USA and took the permission of my company and went to my brothers place and saw the situation. My 1st brother was being used and utilized by his partner who stays in india.my 1st brother owns and manages a gas station and convenience store in usa, but his partner black mailed him sentimentally and emotionally staying in india and by making my brother send all the money earned in business every month. my 1st brother couldnt take care of his health also. Slowly i tried to control my 1st brother, dictated him, commanded him and made the things which will help him move out of this business, previously his partner used to control and dictate him. As I entered the scene at my brothers place, many people have understood that i will anyhow take my brother away from this business. We faced lots of pressure and mental stress from many the partners friends who used to stay in that place. some people planned to grab that store for free, if my brother is out from that place.his partner sent his father from india to make me kick out of that place. But none could do anything. I booked flight tickets to india for my brother on for July 12th 2008.but on july 11th 2008 his partners dad came from india and stopped my brother from going. bcoz my brother can maintain business perfectly and earn money and send them for free.they have been eating my brothers hardwork since 8 years making him sit there without letting him to come to india n not letting him married. Only july 14th my brother became very sick, we joined him in Emergency. we took him to MRI scanning and found his Cervical spine disc was bulged n thats why he was getting head ache , nervous pain, neck pain and he was very sick. I looked after him just like a kid, made him eat food with my hands. My 2nd brother came and took him to his place in USA and i also followed him and took care of him. And he finally recovered slowly through August and september. For a month i did not talk to my mom, coz she will ask me howz 1st brother n all. Later in September i came to know that, day by day my mom was not feeling well, coz she was depressed of my brother not returning to india. I promised her at any cost i will get my brother to india. We still were facing black mail calls and pressure from many people. Even the Tax money was taken by his partner. No money to pay tax and the ladlord was pressurising me to take care of the store and he said he will transfer all the licences on my name. but i wasnt interested. we were called several meetings, so that my brother gets some money.but he did not get any money. Then atlast I booked my brothers ticket to India and he returned to India on 8th September 2008. I never tried for a job in USA because i had so many problems related to my 1st brother and I tackled them and made him go to india and fulfilled my mom's promise where she was away from her 1st son for 9 years. After my brother reached India , I went to my friends place where i took rest for a couple of days and was preparing for an Interview.coz my friend said he had openings in his company and he could try to get a job for me. But i got call from my mom, she asked me to come back to india so that i will make my 1st brother get married. my friend requested me to stay and he was confident that i will get a job in his company.But my 2nd brother also indirectly stressed me to go to india, so that his road for marriage will also get cleared if 1st brother gets married. Then i went to India on 11th October 2008. On jan 1st 2009 he got engaged and on feb 15th 2009 he got married. Again my mom asked me to look for some business for 1st brother , so that he will settle in life with some earning,but i couldnt do it. My 2nd brother asked me to wait till he gets married. But he isnt married yet.Its been 10 months now, I have been in India. But later on events turned so awckward that my 1st brother sees me as his enemy and my 2nd brother too. they both are against me. Now my 1st brother and 2nd brother questioned my mom and me. what I did since so many years without doing anything .They are saying, I have spent time enjoying. My mom is more sick after these people started blaming for everything . I have been learning some new software course since June 22nd 2009 and I finished the course just yesterday. As i have seen the work atmosphere and good career growth in USA to my friends. I like to settle in my career in USA. I want to stay away from selfish people and oppotunitarians. I had plans to do a software job and also sell or market software products in USA related to Medical Department and some other fields made out of my creativity and invention. But till now no development was there, coz of the problems faced for my brothers. I should have 4 months pay stubs , as i dint do a job i dont have them. I am worried if Immigration officer will ask me for pay stubs although i have h1 approval notice and valid h1 visa to enter USA. If the officer asks me for (these documents were not necessary before recession)pay stubs or tax(w2 form) at the port of entry( entrance to usa at airport) then i may be in trouble, they may make return back india in the same flight. there is a 50/50 chance of asking the paystubs and w2.If i get through then i can run the payroll to get the paystubs from my company owner. Now the company owner is saying, its tough to enter. So, he is asking me to look for a job(client) in USA from here itself using internet phone attending interviews. Come along with a work order and contract agreement, so that i can have some more chances of entering USA. My goals are to do a job in usa and study MBA.Start a software company in USA and make it big and also do business in diversified fields, I want to settle in a very good position in USA +India and help the needy people. Right now I want to concentrate on my career and look after my life because if I need any help, I am sure my brothers wont come to help me. I have to build my career and Life. * I have never tried for a job in USA during my stay. And I never tried for a job seriously in India also. I want to put my full efforts on this software course i am learning and get a job in it. My H1 visa is valid till september 2010. This is a million dollar question which will keep coming in ur mind currently as u hv seen a tough part of ur life, but with very little experience starting a own venture in USA is a tough job. Ur karma lord and labh lord is placed in the house of intelligence indicating that your success in ur career will depend on ur intelligence. But one thing happend was, the court case got cancelled because our grandma who filed the case expired in Dec 2006. In 2007 I was asked by my brothers to buy a house. I booked flight tickets to india for my brother on for July 12th 2008.but on july 11th 2008 his partners dad came from india and stopped my brother from going. bcoz my brother can maintain business perfectly and earn money and send them for free.they have been eating my brothers hardwork since 8 years making him sit there without letting him to come to india n not letting him married. Only july 14th my brother became very sick, we joined him in Emergency. we took him to MRI scanning and found his Cervical spine disc was bulged n thats why he was getting head ache , nervous pain, neck pain and he was very sick. I looked after him just like a kid, made him eat food with my hands. My 2nd brother came and took him to his place in USA and i also followed him and took care of him. And he finally recovered slowly through August and september. For a month i did not talk to my mom, coz she will ask me howz 1st brother n all. I want to stay away from selfish people and oppotunitarians.  I had plans to do a software job and also sell or market software products in USA related to Medical Department and some other fields made out of my creativity and invention. But till now no development was there, coz of the problems faced for my brothers.  I should have 4 months pay stubs , as i dint do a job i dont have them. I am worried if Immigration officer will ask me for pay stubs although i have h1 approval notice and valid h1 visa to enter USA. If the officer asks me for (these documents were not necessary before recession)pay stubs or tax(w2 form) at the port of entry( entrance to usa at airport) then i may be in trouble, they may make return back india in the same flight. there is a 50/50 chance of asking the paystubs and w2.If i get through then i can run the payroll to get the paystubs from my company owner. Now the company owner is saying, its tough to enter. So, he is asking me to look for a job(client) in USA from here itself using internet phone attending interviews. Come along with a work order and contract agreement, so that i can have some more chances of entering USA.  My goals are to do a job in usa and study MBA.Start a software company in USA and make it big and also do business in diversified fields, I want to settle in a very good position in USA +India and help the needy people. Right now I want to concentrate on my career and look after my life because if I need any help, I am sure my brothers wont come to help me.
