In fact he always has faced trouble in job and all other parts of life. Next 3 years are not good for him. Be careful for changing a Job. Whatever is happening it is due to planets placements in his chart. If he does not moves as per the planets placement, which I feel he will do it as his saddi satti is also going to start after 09.09.09, he will see struggle for over 3 yrs.
