Now have look at the technical part of heart attack ur wife had. * Her lagnesh shukra is exalted in 11th house but afflicted in yuti with sani * sani is also aspecting lagna in the main janma kundali * surya is in yuti with rahu in the lagna and surya is not comfortable where as rahu is comfortably placed * this way bhav, swami & karak all are afflicted * have a look at the dasha period on 26.08.09 * it was ven/jup/sani/rahu/surya * venus being lagnesh could not prevent the attack as it is weak being debilated in the natal chart as well as in transit. In transit venus is in yuti with ketu and aspect of rahu * jupiter is debilated, but still out of the degree of debilation and in natal chart jupiter is in 2nd house aspecting 8th house confirming longevity, which has saved her life.
