Lagna 2H 3H 12H 10H 9H Su-Ve Ju Ketu Ma/Me Mo/Sat Rahu I think it is cancelled in 3 ways, from Su/Mo/Ve all 3 in kendra; But are there any negative rules which will override the above three? In navamsa, Sat is again neecha but dont see it is cancelled. Do you think neechabhanga should also happen in D9.
