Lagna lord Mars is placed in the 2nd with 10th lord Sun. Jup, Merc, Rahu in 3rd (Cp), Venus in 4th (Aq), Moon in 6th (Aries) and Saturn in 10th. Now without going into scriptural interpretation of balarishta. usually when Moon is illplaced and lagna and lagna lord are highly afflicted without any benefic influence - there is some danger to life. Yes-Moon is placed in the 6th but is unaspected by any planets - so is unblemished. Lagna is unaspected and unblemished. Lagna lord Mars is well placed in 2nd (in friend Jup house) with another friend Sun who is the 10th lord. When the 10th lord it lends strength to the native. The native is given the extended life to perform his duties, karma in this life. Add to this a strong Venus in quadrant - whose dasa is currently on until Jul 17, 2012. Venus is a maraka for Scorpio and also owns the 12th - so may have to give some of that results in terms to trips to hospital or some injuries etc., During Sun dasa, with Sun placed in the 2nd house with Mars - he may again give some health concerns Lagna is not under any papakarthari. Until 2012 you can strengthen the Venus by worshipping Devi Mahalakshmi. I would also recommend recitation of Aditya Hridayam to strengthen the physical health of the child - more so during Sun dasa 2012 to 2018. I honestly fail to see any major problems with the life of the child.
