Moon being in twelfth house in D9 shows devotion to Mother especially as its aspects Meena. Similarly Moon being in fifth in D1 shows Devi or Krishna bhakta. Parivartana between lagna and vyaya bhava with Shukra involved gives big donors per Parasara.
