My views, 1) You should not consider only the Placement of Saturn. 2) Being Lagnesh- He may not do much harm. 3) However, We have to see other aspects that Saturn is receiving dhrishti from Jupiter ( which is good ) as well as from Mars ( which may be bad). May a mixed result on the health point of view. 4) Saturn Being 12th lord , placement in 6th house - some body has to enlighten us in this part. What it indicates? My little knowledge says that the person might have health problem. during saturn dasa/bukthi. 5) Also note that Saturn from sixth house is giving its seventh aspect to his own house Makara. This point also to be considered. 6) Saturn placed in 6th house indicates " Slavery kind of Job " ( as so many of us do.Not promising any business or leadership) " Person belongs to this horo has to take care of his health thru out his life. And Hanumanji has to be his favorite God " . Lagnesh and 12th lord Saturn in 6th house gives health issues related to stomach. During dasha and antar dasha of sani he will experience stomach related health issues.
