Guest guest
Shri Gurave Namah, Namaskar, Yesterday my cousin became a grand father and a quick perusal of chart was very interesting (bit scary too). The new born baby's details are 11:15 AM, Hyderabad (AP)India born on 21st Oct'09. There are 5 planets in debility Jup, Moon, Mars, Sun and Venus although Venus gets cancellation being with exalted Mercury. Jup also is exalted in Navamsa. As a curious astrology student I am wondering on the implications of the debilitation of 5planets and in particular moon and it's dispositor Mars and if it gives good health to the baby? There is sarpa dosha (kaal sarpa probably). The birth in Sukla Paksha and strength of Lagna lord may be comforting factors but would request suggestions/advise from the knowledgeable group members on the chart strength, doshas and pariharas on health aspect specifically (inlcuding that of mother). Is there any immediate need for remedy? If so which planet(and associated God/Goddess) needs appeasement? Look forward to kind help and guidance from the learned Jyotish Gurus. Thanks and sincere regards, HMuttagi

Guest guest
Hello Tweety, The chart does not have 4(or more) planets in any single house. I am hoping the learned virtuosos of the group will throw more light. Thanks HMuttagi vedic astrology , Tweety <vanuin wrote: > > Hi, > > M not a professional astrologer but i read in book that if a house has 4 or more then 4 stars in one house it's considered as good no matter even if its in debilated (rashi or house) > > Not sure if its true. > > Thanks > Amit > > > --- On Thu, 10/22/09, hmuttagi <hmuttagi wrote: > > > hmuttagi <hmuttagi > [vedic astrology] Chart with 5 planets in debilitation for new born? > vedic astrology > Thursday, October 22, 2009, 12:48 PM > > > > > > > Shri Gurave Namah, > > Namaskar, > > Yesterday my cousin became a grand father and a quick perusal of chart was very interesting (bit scary too). Guest guest
Dear HMuttagi, In general, debilitated planets in such a big numbers are considered enough to mar a horoscope as far as Raja Yogas are concerned. See Kalyan Varma's 'Saarvali', chapter 39, verse-10: " If five heavenly bodies are in fall then raja yogas will not materialize " . Hence the RESULTS of raja yogas in the given chart (e.g. mutual aspect of 1st lord Jupiter and 5th lord Mars and AK-Mercury and AmK-Jupiter in mutual trine) will not manifest properly. But invalidation of Raja Yogas do not infer that native can not live happily, peacefully and comfortably. In other words, such a native will have to strife hard whenever matter of accruing official favour, governmental position, or fame come. In rest of the areas, chart should analyze through standard jyotish instruments and no verdict should deduct from a single aphorism of rajayoga bhang. Debilitation of 5 planets may also inflict another arena of life which is longevity. The infant (you referred) may live long on account of various good factors that are supporting longevity. These include; 1) exaltation of vaara (day lord) Mercury which is fortunately 10th lord too. 2) lord of langa (Jupiter) however fall in rashi but got exalted navamsa. 3) many other planets are in either friendly or own amsas. Thus parents should not worry. Interestingly, there also exist a powerful vipreet rajayoga as well. Note 8th lord Moon in 12th and 12th lord Mars in 8th and both are in neecha avastha. If nodes and Jupiter were not aspect Mars then this might lead to very powerful yoga. But this is not the case here. Moreover, dashas of these planets will come after age 70. So it is futile to take vipreet rajayoga. Nonetheless, Mercury is considered functional malefic for Sagittarius lagna on account of kendaradhipati. Despite Mercury's dasa (2018-2035 i.e. age 9 to 25) will prove very good for academic success and career initiation. Next in line: Ketu's mahadasha will be BAD for mother's health, emotional relationship, domestic peace and harmony with kith and kin. Good luck, M.
