Prasna chart Case - Does an answer exist?

Aries Lagna in natal chart with no planets in Lagna and Prasna Navamsa lagna in

Leo with mercury as resident. Aries and Leo both being Fiery tatwa can we assume

that the prasna chart and the persons chart has a relation and thus there exists

an answer?

 

Assuming there exists an answer -

In the prasna navamsa chart

Sun (Lagna Karaka) is in Scorpio, 4th from Lagna.

Rahu and Moon in 6th house

venus in 10th house

Jupiter and Ketu in 12 house

Mars in 2nd and Saturn in 7th

 

Should we predict regarding career or health, or there exists no answer?
