The market as predicted in my last newsletter did go down and has created a

scare in the investors mind on its further fall. This fear & scare is

sufficient to create panic in peoples mind, hence as the day starts with

Mangal, Budh who is in charge of the day's affairs will also panic, but

since luck belongs to Surya some initial patience and relief will be sensed.

But as the day progress this patience and relief will bring some panic as

the saying goes, calm before the storm, transit of mind into Rahu's

nakshatra will bring the storm in the market.

 

Market will start with some calm, with no panic selling. Some buying will

also come making the market very volatile but after 14.30 hrs panics will

set in the market and the downward movement of the market will increase. The

final hour of trade in the market will see a sale storm, thus breaching a

crucial support level of 4820. A close below 4820 will see the market

reaching a target of 4380.

 

This downward trend will also see the market opening at a gap on the lower

side on Thursday 29th of October 2009. A near term target of 4600 will be

achieved by Thursday. One should cover all the short positions on Thursday

and risk traders can go long on Thursday closing hours as on Friday market

will see a positive gap up opening and will give an intraday rise.
