but health wise must plan a safe, easy diet, avoid canned food and eat fresh

starting from sarva mangala mangelya , Mangala chandika stotra, Lalithat

pancrathna, lalitha sashasranam whicever u can do well regularly u can start

dooing

 

and if u r short on time try to do the smaller ones at least.
