what is reason for being so lazy- Pls advice

dear gurujans,

As a person I have all the good traits, but i am lazy to the core. I keepon

postponing the things for next days & so on. Apart from that metally i always

remain very tense al the days & always thinks of quitting the job or work. What

is the reason for the same & what are the remedies available.
