Prediction for share market for 22.12.2009

 

 

 

Resistances 4964, 4985, 5020, 5040

 

Supports 4930, 4910, 4875, 4860

 

 

 

Tomorrow, 22.12.09, rahu, mangal & sani will play an important role in the

share market. The share market will be news driven, volatile with sudden

spurts of up and down movement in the share market.

 

Rahu in transit is debilated, it has the capability to suddenly rise or fall

and with the day beginning with rahu's effect, sudden volatility will be

seen in the market.

 

 

 

Mangal will provide the requisite energy, but mangal in retrogation will not

be able to provide the positive support to the market. Hence market on

22.12.09 will be news driven, very volatile, will also correct.

 

 

 

Technical view: Nifty has broken the crucial support of 5030 and now has a

second crucial support at 4940.00. If this second crucial support is broken,

then the next support will be at 4806. Nifty is getting carried away by

global clues and global clues are not very positive. With Christmas Eve

around, the markets worldwide will be of lack luster hence volatility will

be very high with wild swings.

 

 

 

This current short correction will again give a buying opportunity to market

players. It is also very unlikely that nifty will hold on to the support of

4940, but there is also a possibility in intraday, nifty will give a sudden

spike and then correct again. When this happens, the fall will be more of a

sudden nature. Then next support of 4806 will become more crucial. The down

trend will continue for some more time, till 24th.
