Four earthquakes have happened in 5 days. While I experienced the first 2, one was a 4.1 and second one a 3.8, the third happened over this past weekend off the coast of California. It was 6.5 on the richter scale. All the three were in N.California. Yesterday, 7.0 quake rocked Haiti. It appears that it is one of the worst and has caused widespread loss of life and infrastructure and everything else that one can think about. My question is: Any astrological justification for this to have happened? 3 planets are retrograde today, Mars in Cancer, Merc in Saggitarius and Saturn in Virgo. And 5 planets were in Saggitarius yday when the quake in Haiti happened. It was followed by several aftershocks. Please throw some light on the above. Thanks. If you care to read my first post, I have clearly indicated regions of AMERICAS meaning, North, central and South America will be affected. And within six weeks of predicting, this major earthquake took a toll of 1 lakh people in Haiti. Such predictions when they come true leave a dread in my heart and ever lasting pain. Guest guest Posted January 13, 2010 Report Share Posted January 13, 2010 Sadly, Dada, MMY had a dream and belief that if several thousand individuals could practice TM, there would be enough good vibes developing in the Unified Field to prevent wars and natural disasters and human being will be able to live in peace and the general vibrational level of Humanity shall rise. There must be thousands of followers and practitioners that must exist worldwide. He and Rajneesh were very popular world-wide, so in a sense there was a relatively uniform distribution across the world (rather than a cluster effect). S/He does not punish us, and generally does not get in the way of our learning either as long as we are trying and have not surrendered and given up! It is we who create Karma and suffer from that! Astrology and its planets and rules is like a railway timetable! I have a question if you or someone can answer. 1) If two or more people are born at the same place with the same birthtime, they still have different destinations even though they might have the same set of stars per horoscope. Why would this happen? One might be a prince and one a pauper.... 2) How/who decides as to what Karma would bear what result? Is that something that is self regulating and just happens? Would appreciate if someone can throw some light on it. Understanding how nature works is next to impossible. I am trying to gain some meaningful knowledge here from all gurus. Procure a list of few dozen twins and study their charts according to both modern and ancient methods. But one thing must be remembered : the time of birth is not coming out of head or feet of baby, but its first breathing. D60 is the decisive chart for studying twins, although many other divisionals also differ. Each and every Karma has some result, but that result does not come automatically as some persons believe. He oversees it all with a saakshi-bhaava, and She distributes the results at appropriate times. The word mother is derived from a root which means " To Measure, To Apportion, etc... " . The Supreme Mother measures the karmas and phalas of every children, and distributes those results according to astrological situations. Due to This active intermediary agency, one can change his/her otherwise predefined destiny through propitiation, new karma, etc.... , and can prevent or accelerate previously ordained results. You are right in saying " Understanding how nature works is next to impossible. " Understanding how Nature works is not only impossible, but undesirable and even harmful too. Nature is Holy Mother Durga, where no one can approach. We should know ourselves, instead of knowing Nature. God blesses us with good gurus when we become fit for that.
