Sun sign predictions

Dear all

 

Prior to 2009, I used to read only the prediction for cancer zodiac sign as my

birth day falls on 9th July. But after reading some of the article written by a

famous jyothish, I stopped reading the prediction for cancer and started reading

Gemini. When the sun is in the Gemini rasi(as per my natal chart), there is no

meaning in reading the prediction for Cancer sign. Normally no one will notice

this unless some one tells you the real thing. No matter about the accuracy of

the predictions in both the case as it is a common prediction for cores of

people. May be it will come true or may not be. Since all the astrologers(vedic)

are aware of the date in which the sun changes the rasi say about 13,14th ,15th

,16th ,17th of every month ,why all the prediction focused on sun rasi is

written as if the sun is changing its rasi between 20th and 24(western) the of

every month. In short the prediction in western astrology is one step ahead of

vedic astrology prediction for each sun sign. This creates confusion among

readers of astrology predictions based on sun sign. Most of the predictions

(based sun sign) available in India is having this problem. What is the right

procedure?

In addition to your sun natal rasi you read your natal ascendant( lagna) rasi

results also. It will come close to in some issues.
