Venus also is in exchange with Me where later is afflicted with Ketu. There is a combination of 2, 9 and 11 lord. Combination of 2 and 9 lord give large eyes (she has), but financially not that well (independently). Now, 2 and 11 combination should rise financially which is not in this case. This could be due to debiliation of Venus and retrograde Sani. Also 10th lord afflicted and that too is Budha. Physically is not that sound as chandra in 8th house with Ju lagna lord. Is it true that Mars in 9th house bring misfortune. I ask her to concentrate on Vishu Gayatri and Laxmi mantra. Will that help for job and physical/mental well being. Once ketu maha dasha is over in oct 2011 her venus maha dasha will start, but venus being also debilated will give her mixed results, depending on the antar dasha of other planets. Currently u need to chant the ketu mantras so that she can get her job and is able to make a beginning in her life. This being in twelfth from 7H from AL shows some kind of losses on account of karakas related to Mo and Ju - especially Ju in eleventh can show some financial/taxes losses. From this period spirituality could begin. Sri Vishnu is Ista deva. This could be around some inheritance, change of place of stay. This brings also good time for mother (MK). Karka is prstodaya saumya sign, so the first period till 2013 is controlled by Moon. Moon is Vargottama and being in Dasa Rasi can give lot of recognition from 2009. 2010 is buisness supporting period! But then again Ketu in kona and with dasa lord can initially give period of wrong trials. Person should be very career focused and like to risks a lot in life, being very caring and emotional but also very protective of others like father-figures. On a different note: Budha, and Guru gives bhanga to Shukra being in kendra to Moon. If you treat Arudhalagna in Simha (being in 12H from Surya) then surely Shukra curse in 2nd from this in tenth house (kubera) is not best yoga for money. For the Sg lagna, 7th house of Ge is badhak house. Mer has lordship of both the 7th and 10th house and placed in 11th house,thus not only creating obstacles in her own earnings, it is also not able to give the fruits of 10th house(Vi), having ownership of both the 7th house nd 10th house and also being the badhkesh itself. Let us take the 10th house(Vi) as lagna, here the lord of 7th (Jup) becomes badhkesh. It is placed in 11th house (Can), thus here Jup is creating badhas for svagrahi Moon also to give the fruit of the 11th house . Mar which owns 12th and 5th house is in 9th house. The problems in the chart do not involve only the debilitated Ven (lordship of 6th and 11th houses). We can also have a look at the D-9. The lagna is Vargottam, Moon also vargottam. Here also Mer is badhakarak planet. it is is in 2nd house, thus creating obstacles in Dhana Bhava,among matters of 2nd bhava. Further more, the lagna lord Jup in D-9 is in the 10th house, belonging to Mer, the badhkesh. Lord of 9th house, Sun is in 8th with Mo and Sa. The ND of Can has started on 8-9-2009. Mars also giving rasi dristi to this Budha. Ketu being with Badhak may also act as Badkhak. Ketu being a mokshakarak increases spirituality as pointed out by Rafal Ji. May be (my reasoning) Ketu causing problem in job ie materialistic world, so that person can initiate some spiritual lifestyle. This lady is a born atheist. Now she is concentrating on Vishnu Gayatri. This is something. As Haresh Ji suggested Ketu mantra, I don't have the knowledge on this. So I asked her to chant basic Ganesh mantra (Om Ganesah Namah) along with Vishnu Gayatri. Kindly let me whether she should continue or pick up some other mantras. She is actually working in educational department. But this is not a permanent job. Regarding recognition as suggested by Rafal Ji, some activity is there, but financially no improvement. In that case, AL lagna could be Simha as there is more planet (this is I have learnt from Rafal ji). This further satisfy Sukra Curse. I sincerely hope Vishnu Gayatri and Laxmi mantra will work for her. I don't know whether diamond will be ok. Venus is in Hasta nakshatra whose lord moon is own house (it is 8th house) and vargottoma. being in 8th and 8th lord, I am not sure to boost Moon by gem. So mantra might work differently.  Yes, she is emotional and protective about her father. There is another thing. Sun is AK. that creates some ego issues in work place and family life. As Raj Ji pointed out trouble is associated with Ven - moon PD/AD, I checked with her. It looks to me whenever moon is connected that creates problem.  Marriage life is not so good as UL with debiliated Venus and 2nd from UL having Budha and Ketu.
