How to grade the effects in a Desha Period for the Desha Lord in combination

with the ‘contributions’ of other Lords – Desha Bukti /Anthara /Sukshama

There are 18 different identifications of gradation of strength, in effect, by

Lords during their allocated periods of ‘influence’ in the Desha

distribution, with inter-acting contributions, for describing the ‘results’

in a specific Desha Period.

 

The power of the Plant when positioned in:

1. the most exalted part in the  house occupied by a Planet where it is termed

as ‘exalted’;

2. the rest exalted part in the house after above;

3. the previous or the next Rasi of the Planet’s exalted house;

4. ‘Mulathrikona’ Rasi;

5. temporary or permanent ‘friend’ Rasi of the Desha Planet;

6. its own house;

7. its most friendly Planet’s Rasi;

8. equal powered Planets’s Rasi;

9. temporary enemy or permanent enemy Rasi

10. Most hated enemy’s Rasi;

11. the previous or next Rasi where the Planet is termed as ‘malefic’ in a

house;

12. leaving the most effective ‘malefic’ effects while housed in the

‘rest of area’ in the malefic Rasi

13. the most ‘malific’ part of the occupied Rasi;

14. in the ‘shadvarga’ of ‘malefic’ Rasi or enemy’s Rasi;

15. the powerful planet in the chart housed in its own ‘shadvarga’;

16. the Planet positioned in birth chart in houses: 1,4,5,7,9 or 10;

17. the ‘winner’ in the fight between Planets in the occupation of a house;

18. the most successful occupation of a place in the birth chart.

 

The other gradation in detail, consist of ‘the most successful result

oriented’ Desha period of a Planet by occupation, Drushti and related effects

with the strength of other Planets, the combination of Planetary periods to

cause the most successful periods in life of the natal, the most ‘cruel’

period effective from the ‘malefic’ Planet’s combination of Desha periods,

‘sliding down’ 9Avarohinee) periods of combination of Planets in a Desha,

average period, the most ‘devastating’ and disappointing period of Desha,

are listed.
