I am currently in Saudi Arabia for the past few years, but career seems stagnation with not much further scope in the current place. I was told once that by Dec end, I would either have promotion or change of job, but nothing has happened. Many of colleauges who were below me while in india have risen in job stature and well as positions while I have had no improvements as such. Also I ahve lost a fortune in share market.
