Guest guest
Dear Sirs Namasthe Jagannath Hora software is very useful for day to day calculations. The recent updated version does not appear to contain the foreign planets. Or I may be ignorant of the command to get them included in the chart. I request you to kindly enlighten the command which will make them incorporated in the chart. Kind regards A V Subramanian Indira Subramanian
Guest guest
To All, (1) According to siddhantic texts of Indian Jyotisha, nakshatra-orbit is of 60 years, which means bodies beyond it are nakshatras and not grahas. Hence, the definition of astrological " graha " is not the same as the definition of material " planet " of physical astronomy. (2) The phalita effects of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto have not been described by any rishi. Pluto takes 248 years to move through all 12 raashis, but Pluto was discovered on March 13, 1930. Since then, it has traversed through only 116 degrees or less than four raashis. Then, who can prepare a table of its astrological effects along all 12 raashis ?? Those who foretell astrological effects of Pluto, therefore, are thugs. (3) Even scientists are divided about the definition of Pluto. More Pluto-like bodies have been discovered. Hence, the majority of scientists have decided to deny Pluto a status of Planet. What is the rationale of including it among astrological grahas?? -VJ ========================= === vedic astrology , " SUBRAMANIAN A " <avs37 wrote: > > Dear Sirs Namasthe > > Jagannath Hora software is very useful for day to day calculations. > The recent updated version does not appear to contain the foreign planets. Guest guest
Dear Mr. Subramanian, The calculation of extra Saturnine bodies, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are always available in the Basics tab, right click in the area next to Raasi Chart and select first option " Select bodies to be shown " and check the box " Outer Planets " .. this will display their Longitude information after nine main planets. If you want these displayed in the Raasi chart, right click on Raasi chart, " choose a view (which bodies to show) " -> " Optional bodies in Standard view " -> select " Uranus, Neptune and Pluto " . Hope this helps. There is a separate group " JHora " for all issues related to Jagannatha Hora Software. You may get quicker response there, for future reference.
