What has changed really, over the last forty or so years has been the 'sampling-rate'. In the past, for the great unwashed, such clashes were 'discernible' only on a monthly or bi-monthly basis in magazine articles or similar media, and there used to be a lot of editorial scrutiny of what got written and gossip spread slowly and in a controlled manner. Now with KALKI AWATAAR upon us, the profusion has caught up with the modern times and the 'sampling-rate' has escalated tremendously! Hence it seems so shocking and overwhelming! All participants have remained the same and I am talking in a very generic sense! To give an example: Just because the modern CCDs or CMOSes even in cheap digital cameras are capable of fitting many more millions of pixels in a chip of the same size -- the vastly advanced technology has not resulted in many more or much better photographers! King or Elephant is also expected to behave so ? Remaining small gives us the liberty to speak Big. For the reverse case we may need to learn brevity. Here things are discussed in `'such detail'' which could lead to distances which can never be shortened. Yes - today judgements are mostly done based on ''names'', ''institutions'', ''stature'' etc. However i prefer to give a listening ear to each and everyone and listen to ''WHAT'' is being said as compared to ''WHO'' is saying.
