Dear Raja,

 

 

First let us consider the 6th cusp it is moon , becoz 6 house is looked for

competition ,as he has to compete with others i suppose to pass this exam .

 

now the moon signifies 9 and 4

 

in star of saturn which signifies 3, 4 and 10 .

 

in sub of jupiter 2, 5 and 4 .

 

and also the moon is in close conjuction with venus whihc signifies 12, 7 4

, in the above the 11 house is not signified so he will not succeed in the

exam .

 

 

now look the 12 cusp for the foreign stay , 12 cusp lord is venus which

signifies 7 12, in 4 .

 

in merc star which signifies 4 8 11 , and in sub of merc and also mercury is

on close conjuction with badhaka sun as 9 the lord .

 

hence , it indicates that he wont pass the exam he has to return home .

 

 

as the 12 the cuspal lord doesnt signify , either 2 or 6 or 10 he wont be

able to work in that country ,

 

but if he insists there is probability the he stay there with student visa

by joining a higher education ,but i can see that is out of his interest ,

 

as the 12 cuspal lord signifies 7 12 and 4 , he has to visit doctor 7 and

has to get admited in hospital 12 , so ask him to be careful

 

while driving
