Guest guest
|| Om Gam Ganapataye Namah || Dear Learned Members, There is a samadhi of Mool Purush in the village my ancestors come from. I have asked a few people and not got a good answer on who is Mool Purush and what he represents. Also, on doing an Internet search I found there are many places with samadhi of Mool Purush. There can be multiple temples for a particular deity but a samadhi means someone was buried there or gave up the body to move on after their work here was done. Why are there multiple places with samadhi of Mool Purush? Also, can the Mool Purush be the Gram-devata (deity of the village)? If anyone has any knowledge please help me understand. Guest guest
Mool Purush is associated with the Pitris and is therefore connected with Kula Devata and not Grama devata. Your family may travel and go all around the world but the Mool Purush stays there. He is responsible for the gotra of your ancestors. dghole1971 Thursday, March 18, 2010 7:55 PM vedic astrology [vedic astrology] Mool Purush - seeking knowledge || Om Gam Ganapataye Namah || Dear Learned Members, There is a samadhi of Mool Purush in the village my ancestors come from. Or the American (North, Central, Southern) and Australian Autochtones (Natives) and the Arabs and Jews and Africans? How do they go about figuring their Gotra and Mool Purusha etc...? Guest guest
Rohini da Creation is related to Sapta-rasa and Sapta-Rishi are the progenitors. Here we talk of blood lineage. The astadasha rishi (18 seers) are for the creation (rather-revelation) of knowledge There is another list for creation through 10 Pitris, but that's for the species. Guest guest
Creation is just a phenomenon. To create is but a verb! Both AMORAL and neutral!! MA creates Bhojan that nourishes the very mouth SHE feeds -- the hungry mouth touching HER fingers as SHE feeds it! MAnhattan project created disaster far away, but just so HER brats stop fighting and there reigns PEACE! It is sad that Manhattan and therebouts got attacked on 09/11! Does anyone know if those two planes were made in Japan or had Japanese parts? I am not suggesting conspiracy or some Grand Divine Karmic Scheme, but simply wondering...! HOW DOES IT ALL WORK OUT...? IN MA's GRAND SCHEME? vedic astrology , " Sanjay Rath " <sjrath wrote: > > Rohini da > Creation is related to Sapta-rasa and Sapta-Rishi are the progenitors. Guest parikshit
Mool purush, kul devta , pitri, belong to individual family and community. Kul devta or devi is family deity. Worshipped by the clan community or family since ages. Pitras are ancestor spirits residing in pitru lok who receive reverence and respect during shradh. Gotra or kinship represents our relation to the rishis (pravar or group of rishis) who are seers of sanatan dharma the first creation (progeny of bramhaji) prajapati. They can also be the guru rishis or direct relation of father and son. Mool parush is the divine human being born in the family who with his great austerity or good deeds and virtue had achieved divinity and over looks the welfare of his progeny. All these divinities and their mode of worship maintained by tradition father and son in individual family is called kulachar . Gramdevta is the presiding deity of a particular town village and who protects and looks after the welfare of the residents of that village. Basically all divinities are to guide and bless mankind.
