I want to know whether following combination can give rise to cancellation of debiliation. For example, Me is in Pi and Venus is in kendra (lagna or 10th house). Normally, placement of sign depositor (in this case Ju) and aspects of sign depositor to the planet in context are considered. I appreciate if you kindly shed some light on this issue.
