Guest guest
Dear Arun Sorry for the delayed reply. I have also read the other email chains initiated by you. All of us are in the same path of knowing more. In my view, understanding the role of Time and Serpent is THE complete understanding. Thus one has to persevere. As the great scientists and sages have objectively understood, time and its coordinates viz past-present-future etc are just models constructed by ourselves or avasthas. Realization may make us understand that the forms(prakriti) made out of transitional stages(evolution of pancha bhoota) with the continuity of Time running in parallel with the `'occupied space – necessary for the thought/desire to manifest '' are not permanent in nature or is thus `'Maya''. Maya doesn't mean that Prakriti is not existing. It does exist, however is not eternal(changes or perishes along/within our association/attachment with TIME). In other words is not our `'REAL'' essence or is Kshara and not Akshara. Thus understanding the difference between Sruthi and Smriti is very important. Subtle understanding is closer to or IS Shruthi itself as it is the `'heard'' one. In other words we have to hear too. Smrithi on the other hand as in Puranas etc are more to do with Shapes and Forms, ( eg Mythological stories) – which are stepping stones(bridges created by sages) to take us towards the more subtler. When we try to interpret based on surface level understanding – the puzzle can never be solved fully. How Rahu behaves in a chart and what is Rahus role are totally different. As the avasthas of time so is Srishti /Sthithi/ Samhara. So are the Images of Brahma/Vishnu/Maheshwara. The element of Time is a common factor.
