I am available for phone consultations on Thursdays, and Saturdays, and

in-person consultations in New York City  on Tuesdays. I  record the

consultation with a digital recorder, and email you the mp3 file, which you can

easily download onto your computer and listen to it. Of course if you still need

a CD, we can do that too for an additional charge.  But the mp3 file is quick

and you can listen on your computer. You can pay below and then email me for an

appointment.

 

My fees are as follows:

 

 

Initial Consultation. $200.

 

Update for the Year Ahead. $175 for 60 minutes. (This only applies to those who

have already had a reading with me.)

 

Additional people you want to look at in the context of your reading: $25 for

each additional chart.

 

Compatibility reading: $150;

 

Choosing an Auspicious Date for an event. $150;

 

Answering one specific question or examining one topic or area. $150. 

Gift certificates are available for all the above.

 

Remember that I take Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal,  in addition to checks or

money orders only in advance. For in-person consultations, I also take cash

Hi all

Welcome to everyone receiving this newsletter for the first time and apologies

for being so late in the month. . As usual, I want to first remind you all that

I will be sending separate emails for things like classes, webinars,

conferences, primarily everything that you see below when you scroll down. The

separate emails are reminders and if you are not interested in actually learning

astrology or participating in astrology events, then just ignore them when you

get an email with a subject line stating that it is about classes or

conferences. When you get something that says News and Views, or just News, then

you know that it will be a newsletter that talks about the current events. I

will always list the dates of astrological occurrences as you see to the left in

every communication.

The big news last month is that Mars finally went direct on March 10 and things

that have been deadlocked will finally move forward, albeit not until June

though will they start to accelerate, mostly because Mars still has to leave

sidereal Cancer and tropical Leo in May.

 

Anything that only resulted in hostility and anger, may be able to be mediated.

Of course as I write this I am thinking about the Health Care Reform Bill, but

it really can apply to anything in your life, even the economy, which should

start slowly moving forward, especially after May, when Mars finally leaves

sidereal Cancer and tropical Leo, and when Jupiter enters sidereal Pisces.

 

Of course the other big news in March was the Spring Equinox, which is the start

of tropical Aries, and the Indian New Year, which always takes place on the New

Moon in sidereal Pisces. The Indian New Year occurred on Tuesday March 16, when

the Sun and Moon were in sidereal Pisces. This is called Chaitra Shukla Pratipad

which means the waxing phase in the month of Chaitra, which of course, means

that it is celebrated on the New Moon, the start of the waxing phase.  See

they will be about this topic.

 

Jupiter will be moving into sidereal Pisces the first week of May and since I do

use the sidereal (Vedic) zodiac for mundane events, it will be a Jupiter that

can expand. Of course it then goes retrograde mid July to mid November, so don't

get overly optimistic, but things will start to ease up. Those of you with homes

to sell will have a better time selling, and those who want to buy will still be

able to buy at a cheaper rate but when Jupiter goes direct in mid-November, and

moves through sidereal Pisces again in the new year (2011), that will be when

the economy really repairs itself, and things will rise again, good for sellers,

and less good for buyers. But we are still recovering, so do not get fooled by

Jupiter just yet.

 

For those of you who use the tropical zodiac, do remember that when I say

sidereal, or Vedic, I am referring to 24 degrees behind, so that for you who

follow the tropical zodiac, yes, Jupiter has been in Pisces already. (more on

all this in May newsletter).

 

As I write this, Europe (and as a result the rest of the world) are affected by

the closing of airports due to volcanic ash. You all know that I do not usually

pay as much attention to Mercury retrograde as I do the retrograde and direct

stations of the other planets, but could that be in part due to the Mercury

station today. Interesting thought, though with such a potential disaster

economically and otherwise due to this, it has to be a bit more than that. And

it is. On April 15, the North Node came to the Eclipse Point of July 7, 2009,

and completed that lunar eclipse cycle. Along with the airports being closed,

there was a huge earthquake in China last week, and as we have seen, often

planets to the eclipse point bring disasters. For those of you who have done my

eclipse classes you know that this is important, and you might want to take part

in the next webinar of NYC class since we will be talking about the coming

eclipses. Again, scroll down.

Aditya, Brendan Feeley, and myself. Additionally Rakesh Sharma will be doing a

go for any number of days, and if you do not have transportation, you can take

the bus there (especially easy from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania), and

they will be so kind as to pick you up at the bus stop. Please do not let not

having a car stop you if you live in the tri-state area.

also at the same time as the Arsha Vidya workshop but it could not be helped.
