Guest guest
We cannot do anything. Only thing is to complain against them to concerned authorities. But as they said they are poor & also they hve to look after many temples. First of all there are no archakas in temples in villages. If anybody complains & even they r sent away then nobody will be there to offer pooja. The consequence is shudras will come for that place. This is the condition of our templesS RAJAGOPALAN <yesargee wrote: In the recent past I had visited all the Divydesam Temples of Andhrapradesh, Tamilnadu and Kerala. All the temples in Kerala, Temples under the care of Ahobila Mutt, Vanamamalai Mutt and private owned are well maintained and also patronised by visitors. There are also certain temples with diplorable conditions. Temples controlled by H & RCE Dept are in a very bad state. Some temples in Thirunangur Area and Aduthurai Perumal Koil near Kallanai are in very bad shape. The Bhattacharyas posted there are not regular in opening the Temples. I found the temple being opened at 10.00 AM. Explanation given to me is that they have to come from foraway, meagre renumeration and that one Bhattachary has to take care of more than one temple. In the Aduthureai Perumal koil, Donation is being collected by some private persons calling themselves as Trustees. But this temple is under Govt. Control. When I enquired the local residends about the delayed openings and collection of Donation by unauthorised persons, they are hesitant to open their mouth and appear to be under threat. Can we do some thing about it? Here’s a new way to find what you're looking for - Answers
