Guest guest
Thirunangur Kshethram is a unique place where 4000 brahmins took part in the Aswamedhayaga. Vinayaka himself participated as a brahmin. This village has the unique distinction to have 6 divyadesams in it self and another 6 divyadesams and pancha Narasimha Kshethrams are around. Alas! this temple village couldnot have permanent Bhattacharyas and all are part time people. One Bhattacharya has to look after 3 Divyadesams and another two Bhattacharyas have to look after 2 temples each. One divyadesam has to be served by a school teacher. The result is none of the temples are open before 10 AM. Bhakthas who throng here from far off places find themselves in a pity and helpless condition. Their travel plans are upset. Some have to visit more than once to visit these temples which are situated with in a few hundred yards. Is there a solution for this? Don't pick lemons. See all the new 2007 cars at Autos. Guest guest
I have also heard of the Kshetram. May I know, these temples are under whose control Trust or Govt of TN, etc. If it is a private trust, they can take action for filling up the post. If it is under TN Govt. Endowment Board, then onlyGovt can take action for filling up the post. If it is under Private Trust, I can intimate persons known to me so that somebody can take over at the earliest. Thank You, Dasan Raghavan S RAJAGOPALAN <yesargee wrote: Thirunangur Kshethram is a unique place where 4000 brahmins took part in the Aswamedhayaga. Vinayaka himself participated as a brahmin.
