Guest guest Posted April 9, 2007 Report Share Posted April 9, 2007 JAI SHRIMANNARAYANA SWAMIN, It is really our Great Bhagyam to participate in the Divyadesa Kainkaryams, initiated by Shriman Narayana Himself through noble souls guided very aptly by Dr Sadagopan Swami. Now that our cherished desire is getting fulfilled by the stewardship of Shri Vasudevan Varahachary, it is our duty to support this Kainkaryams by all possible ways and means. It is heartening to note that a number of SrimanNarayana's Abhimana Bhakthas are expressing their desire to take part in this Kainkaryams. It is time all such Bhakthas rally behind the noble souls who are actively engaged in this Divine Mission. I suggest the following for all concerned's active considerations: 1. Let us all commit very firmly that each one of us will work for the achievement of our goals which are: Regular Nithya Aradhanies; Ensuring Sevarthis Sevas by ensuring regular Temple timings : Cleanlisness in Temple premises; Maintaining the Temple Nandhavanams; Regular chanting of Vishnu Sahasranama, Sathumurais etc., Welfare of the temple staff ensuring them good renumeration etc. 2. The above said can be achieved only if regular money flow is ensured. Let each one of us consider contributing our mites. One time contribution or monthly contribution or contribution as and when possible, Sambhavanas whenever we have religious family functions in our houses (Perumal SAmbhavanai) like Ayush Homam, Marriage, Upanayanam, Seemantham, Sashtiuptha Poorthi, Sathabhishekam Birth days, Marriage Anniversaries etc.,; Collecting Donations from our friends, associates, relatives etc. Donating liberally in Harthi Thattu when ever we visit Divyadesams These are a few ways of contributing our mite. 3. Let us give wide verbal publicity about the Divyadesams when ever and wherever possible. 4. Let us make it a point to visit Divyadesams with families and friends as many times as possible in groups. Further I would like to suggest the following measures: 1. Preparation of Data base of Enthusiasts (Name;Address; Age; No of Family members; Profession; Kind of service that can be expected; Howmuch he can contribute and periodicity, contact phone Nos, email id etc. 2. Categorise them according to their normal place of residence 3. Categorise them according to the service that can be expected 4. Categorisie them according to the periodicity of contributions 5. Categorise them as per their ability to recite vedic chantings, Vishnu SAhasranama, SAthumarai etc 6. Any other useful information. The above data base and its codification and classification will help to utilise Bhakthas services effectively. I know that there are quite a lot of intelligent Bakthas who can guide us.
