Vaaram Oru Alayam episodes 3 & 4

Dear friends,

Thanx for your valuable comments on my previous

episode. I have tried to incorporate some, and will definitely improve

in due course.

 

 

Episode #3:

I have narrated elaborately about " Sri lakshmi Narasimhar Temple-Parikkal " .

 

As soon as we hear the name of Lord Narasimha, the first thing that

strikes us is Baktha Prahalad, Hiranyakasipu, and a fearful Avatar with

a Lion face and human Body. Similarly there is another story of Lord

Narasimha-in Parikkal, Which I have narrated in this episode.

I have released this weeks 'Vaaram

oru Alayam " Episode#4 where in I have narrated elaborately about " Sri

Kurungaleeswarar ,Sarabeswarar Alayam Koyambedu Chennai " .

 

Koyambedu, suburb of the city, has acquired name and fame as the place

housing Bus Terminus (CMBT) and wholesale and retail markets But many

are not aware that it has Puranic connections with two temples

dedicated to Narayana and Siva, situated close to each other.
