Guest guest
The kalai fanatism is in its top most gear. Do they know the damage done to the community? Already we are a minority. The community is boasting for its rich culture, scholars and Veda pandits. Alas, By exposing ourselves, we have become cheap. When we have to be united and fight for Srivaishnavism, we choose to fight among us. What a shame to the community, which was very dear to Sri RAmanuja. The sorry state shold not be repeated. The indulgers should be outcasted. S RAJAGOPALAN Be a better Heartthrob. Get better relationship answers from someone who knows. Answers - Check it out. Guest guest
Dear Swamin, You are very right in what you said... In the recent past there have been many incidents which exposes this.. For eg: 1) Conversion of sampradayams in DDs through money power - I don't understand why these are taking place. If they are really interested in service to lord then why do they want to do this. This is fanatism. 2) Unncessarily propogating hatred agianst acharyas. I have seen many people who at hearing an acharya's name behave as if they have done a sin. This is fanatism These are just examples. These may look silly, but this is the truth. There are even more silly things. This is a cancer. If one sect starts behaving this way the other sect also does the same thing out of fear. If you think resisting this bad practice is fanatism, then you are wrong. You are free to follow any sampradayam, but it should not be imposed. New temples can come but conversion should come to a stop. Is this a war to show that you have captured so much? It doesn't make any sense. All these should come to a stop. Have respect to each others - all acharyas - all the works of alwars and acharyas- each others culture. No one his fit enough in this world to say others are wrong. All we have to do is stop fighting. One more request: Please do not send sensitive mails in this forum. I tried to resist myself, but I have done this twice. This media is very powerful and this will create more harm to our community. Guest guest
The Kalai fighting is the worst kind of mentality I can think about of the Shri vaishnava. What happened to our SwarupGyan? Where is anywhere mention about any Kalai in it? Why in 21st century, we did not know the true knowledge from our beloved Shri Ramanuj and we try to analyse his acharyas Vedanta Deshika and Pillai Lokacharya for this fight purpose. Is this not the FULL RESPONSIBILITY of the current heads of Shri vaishnavism? What are the jeeyars tell about this childish fights to the disciples and why not straighten them down? If this will go on and on, one day we will not see many true Shjrivaishna on this earth! Concerned Ramanuj das PadmanabhS RAJAGOPALAN <yesargee wrote: The kalai fanatism is in its top most gear. Guest guest
I fully respect and appreciate the views expressed. we should not have any illwill or rancour against anybody. this is what Bhagavad ramanujar, swamy deshikan, swamy manavala mamunigal propounded and stood for. as much as deshikan would have admired manavala mamunigal, so much or much more swamy manaval mamunigal would have respected swamy deshikan. look at what they propounded commonly which is much more than the difference. How narrow minded we have become. I am neither vadagalai nor tengalai. we do not have such difference in karnataka. we are all vishishtadvaitins and human beings at it. sampath Get the freedom to save as many mails as you wish.
