We will send detailed day to day to programme to yatris for the tours bookedDue to Unavoidable circumstances if yatris cancelled their program the advance amount made by them will not refunded but if it is cancel before one month for the actual tour commence we will be return 50% of Advance amount received from them. But in case if they cancel their tour within one month the advance amount will not refunded. If it is travel by bus or van without travelling by train we can adjust their advance amount if they recommend some other yatris and they can collect the same from them. Please arrange to send cheque/Demand Draft payable to Ethirajan tours & travels to our address by courier/speed post along with a covering letter mentioning the tour participated.Due to weather conditions and some reasons and unavoidable circumstances the organizer can modified day to day Program and Mode of Transport. In Some cases for Mukthinath yatra if helicopter is not available due to some reasons and we will take you by arranging charted flight with accommodation at Jomsom and we will provide dinner and other expenses within the cost.Please note, we will arrange LTC/LTA for all government persons when they accompany with us for respective tours. For Groups more than 10 yatris if they wants separate package for our above program we will arrange the same and cost will be increase according to the no of persons.
