there are eight siddhis (mystic powers) that one can attain by performace of tapasya, like anima, laghima, mahima, prapthi, etc. once a person obtains these, he can see the past and presnt of ordinary persons.

 

note that once a person attains siddhis does not mean that he is spiritual. these siddhis are actually material powers.

 

becoming spiritual means, understanding spirit, that it is the part and parcel of supreme spirit. spirit is called atma and supreme spirit is called paramatma.

 

all the vedic literatures refer to Lord Sri Krishna as paramatma. therefore one who understands Lord Sri Krishna tobe supreme is really a spiritual person.

Dear Spiritual Seekers,

 

I am very fond of knowing about everything that is spiritual, and want to know one fact from “youâ€.

 

We read and even see routinely see that few saints, spiritual persons have capacity to know the past as well as future events of the person before them and sometimes they are even able to tell what that persons has in mind.

 

Can some one explains how a persons can know past & present of other, what Law or spiritual practice works behind the development of such ability?
