Law behind development of Spiritual Sixth Sense

Dear Spiritual Seekers,

 

I am very fond of knowing about everything

that is spiritual, and want to know one fact from “you”.

 

We read

and even see routinely see that few saints, spiritual persons have capacity to

know the past as well as future events of the person before them and sometimes

they are even able to tell what that persons has in mind.

 

Can some one explains how a persons can know

past & present of other, what Law or spiritual practice works behind the

development of such ability?
