Plans are progressing to have SishyAs in India and overseas recite Sri VishNu Sahasra Naamam , SrI SudarsanAshtakam and Sri KaamAseekAshtakam during that evening of May 1 . A special sankalpam has been constructed with prayers for the full recovery of Srimath Azhagiyasingar from the recent shoulder injury and for His enjoyment of many more ChAthurmAsyams . The sankalpam for your use is assembled below . Two special Taniyans/Prayers prepared as SamarpaNam at the sacred feet of Srimath Azhagiya Singar has been reviewed and improved by SrIkAryam Swamy and approved for our use during this special day in addition to the Official Taniyan , which must always precede special ones like these described below. May we gain auspiciousness and Sukham by worshipping and serving Him always ! The tw key word sections are : A) NaarAyaNa abhijn~am vandhE : The word , abhijn~am like many Sanskrit words have a lot of meanings . Two contextual meanings here are:(1) One with penetrating intellect ; (2) remembered affectionately /reverentially . "jn~" in abhijn~am has to be pronounced as in Gynanam or the first letter of the Tamil word for Sunday . B) VikhyAtham Yathipungavam VandhE : VikhyAtham means the most well known ( celebrated , revered) . Pungavam means one who is victorious in war . Yathi Pungavam refers to the victory of this Yatheeswaran over Para Mathams and His Vijaya Yaathrai to establish Sri RaamAnuja Darsanam as the soundest darsanam. (3) Special Taniyan SrInrusimha KrupA Paathram Jn~Ana VairAgya BhUshaNam Dayaanidhimaham vandhE NarAyaNa Muneeswaram (Meaning): adiyEn prostrates before that embodiment of the wealth of Compassion known by the name of Sri NarAyaNa Yahteeswarar. He is the object of the special Krupaa of Sri Narasimhan and is adorned withbthe jewels of Jn~Anam , VarAgyam and anushtAnam . Sarvam SrI KrishNArpaNamasthu !
