Dear Sriman Sadagopan Swami, I congratulate you and Dr. adviteeya for taking up this project and am sure it will be a grand success. Several people, including elements in TTD, have "selective amnesia" towards annamayya's association with 1) and 4). Ramanuja Jayanthi was not even found in the list of festivals, in TTD saptagiri Telugu edition for April. adiyen ramanuja dasan Vishnu -------------------------- I am working with Dr.Adviteeya to create a CD on selected songs of Annamayya with emphasis on (1) Bhagavath RaamAnuja (2) Lord Venkatesa (3) Nava Narasimhars of Ahobilam and (4) AdhiVaNN SathakOpa Jeeyar .

You are so right . The Annamacharya's links

to His Acharyan and Bhagavath RaamAnuja

sambhandham needs to be told to gain a full

appreciation of the source of His Parama Bhakthi

to Lord VenkatEsa .Hence we are covering this missing

link in traditional tributes to Saint AnnamAcchArya .

 

We have pledges sofar for $175 against the need of

$600 ( Rs.24,000) to complete this project . We are

confident that Lord VenkatEsa BhakthAs will come

forward to complete the assembly of funds to start

the recording on June 7 at Bangalore and complete this

Kaimkaryam .
