Guest guest
Dear All, We enjoyed 2 Divya Desams in this series. Both filled with anubhavam of our Thirumangai Azhwar as Rama and Krishna each. This time, our focus is shifting to another lovely avataram. This again comes from our Kaliyan's thiruvAkku. singamathaay avunan thiRalaagammun keeNdugandhavan kOyil A beautiful Divya Desam where Perumal is known as Aamaruviyappan, Gosakan where Kaliyan has also enjoyed the perumal by singing on Narasimha avataram. This Divya Desam is basically for Krishnar. Perumal here is also known as DevadhirAjan. When Thirumangai Azhwar visited this Divya Desam, he did not sing on this perumal as he thought it was a temple for some Devarajan, not actually perumal. When he was walking back, he suddenly felt a chain pulling his legs back. He immediately realized that the temple was for our Perumal. Who else can stop our Kaliyan? He started to sing on this Perumal as Thanthai kAlil vilangu thALavizha..... Azhwar went on to sing about the lovely nature-filled Therazhundur Divya Desam. He went on to sing 42 pasurams on this Perumal. aamaruvi niraimEyttha amarar kOmaan aniyazhundur ninRaanukkinRE senRu.... Azhwar had a great anubhavam as Parakalanayaki in this Divya Desam in ThirunedunthAantagam. Parakalanayaki sent the honeybee as the messenger to Aamaruviappan. Initially, parakalanayaki calls her lover as Aamaruviappan, to depict the sowlabyam of this Perumal as Krishna. This does not limit the Swamitvam of Perumal in any manner. Hence, he uses the word AmararkOmAn. The nayaki request the bee to just go and stnad in front of Aamaruviappan and tell him that there is a young lady who wants to just see him. adiyen had a great anubhavam in this Divya Desam. The archagar swamy did a great sevai with anubhavam of Kaliyan along with the vyAkyanam.
