Publications, 2000 ISBN 81-85427-95-X) has a chapter entitled " Adhyayanotsava in Tirumala " pages 171-196) which discusses the significance of the Pagal Pattu and the Rapattu pasts of the festival. If you are in India, please go to Tiruvallikeni or Srirangam. There are books available in Srirangam about adyayana utsavam. You may read the book "The Vernacular veda" written by Professor Vasudha Narayanan, Religion, Univeristy of Florida; ISBN 0-87249-965-0.
