Dear Srivaishnavas

 

Can any one help me by mailing the Tamil version of Yajur Veda

Santhyavanthana (all 3 Kaalams) (Thennacharya samprathayam) text. As

I am away from India I am not able to buy one from Lifco or somewhere.

 

If any has a book - can scan and send it if possible??

Dr. Sadagopan has created a DVD with the help of Srimad Andavan at Poundrikapuram Ashram. I can mail you a DVD in whatever format you need (PAL, NTSC). Please give me your mailing address. The cost is US $25.00. Please mail the check to Dr. Sadagopan.

I also have the RigVeda Sandhavandhanam in a similar format. I believe that the Ashram has recently videotaped the Saama Veda Sandhyavandhanam. I am making arrangements to get it to so that I can create similar region free DVDs for our use. I should probably get this in the next couple of months.

I am very happy to know that you have

both the Saama and Rg SandhyA Vandhanam

DVDs created with the blessings and adhyaksham of

HH Srimath PoundarIkapuram Andavan few years ago .

 

I had lost track of the Rg Veda SandhyA Vandhanam specially

recorded at KumbakONam by a leading Rg Veda GhanapAdi .

That DVD has some rare footage on Rg Vedam rendered in

Ghanam style in addition to the SandhyA Vandhanam .

 

May I request you to create the Saama Vedic

and Rg Vedic SandhyA Vandhanams in the DVD

Format also to help the AasthikAs perform ThrikAla

SandhyA Vandhanam in the sampradhAyic Manner ?

That will be a most welcome Kaimkaryam . Sriram of

Los Altos , CA can join with you to expedite this

We are also planning to release Urdhva puNDra DhAraNam

as a CD with specific ManthrAs for the 12 PuNDra sTAnams

for PerumAL and ThAyAr in a web site that will be released

in the coming week named NaadhOpAsana . AasthikAs can

download from there and create their own CDs /DVDs and

support such Kaimkaryams planned for the future .
