What a great way the sweetness of this enjoyment is! What did AzhwAr ask? What did the Lord say? Not told here. Why? When the Lord appeard in front of the eyes, (in the dream state of AzhwAr) I asked him: When devareer (You) took the Huge Boar (Maha varaha avatharam) form so tender and divine like the freshly bloomed flower, why did You strain Yourself holding Mother Earth? – He never responded. Perhaps I have nothing to do with it and hence He did not choose to respond. Then I asked Him another thing: With mind, body and speech, He is so sweet to me, this lowliest self? How come? He did not respond for this as well. But I understood that he implied: when I took care of the Mother earth and saved the same, as it is my property and belongs to Me, similarly, will I not save you who is also my property? Then, why did he not say it explicitly? When He did not even reply to Namaazhwar’s query, will He respond to mine, anyway? He asked when AzhwAr was taken to Paramapadham. Here, the Lord appears only in my Swapna avastha (dream state). He is not yet here physically. Then why did I ask? I was deceived that He is here completely. I thought I am able to enjoy Him in mind, body and speech and with unflinching and complete faith, I enjoyed Him quenching and satisfying all my longing and languishing; I completely devoured His beauty. He allowed Himself to be enjoyed by me fully. What an upakarakan He is!
