Swamin, thanks for the information. We are preparing a Swami Desikan table top

yearly calander in Muscat. WE would like to mark the following thithis in the

calander. Thorugh swamin's mail we noted the ekadasi's. we want to mark the

following also. Adiyen have written regardingthis to the owner of Vaideekam

and waiting for the reply.

The Samhithai

The first Part of KrishNa Yajur Vedam is

TaittirIya Samhithai consisting of many mantrAs.

The Samhithai is further divided into 7 KhANDams.

Each KhANDam has chapters ( Prasnam) . Each Prasnam

is divided further into smaller and biger anuvAkams .

A fifty Padham based unit of anuvAkam is known

as PanchAdis ( Pancha dasees).These anuvAkams

of Samhithai instruct us on the KarmAs to be performed

and the salutations to the Vedic gods linked to those

KarmAs .

The BrAhmaNams

The second part of the KrishNa Yajur Vedam is referred to

as Taittireeya BrAhmaNam . The BrahmaNam is divided into three

ashtakams, Kaadakam and AruNam( AaraNyakam) . There is

aview that recognizes Ashtakams alone as BrAhmaNams and

identify Kaadakam and AruNam as seperate entities .The subdivision

into Prasnam , anuvAkam , PanchAdhis hold good here as well .

Seventh Ashtakam : Acchidhram ( recited on EkAdasi evening after

SandhyA Vandhanam ).

dasasya vinjapanam. i am very happy to see ur mail on ekadasi dwadasi parayanam. you know coming ekadasi vaikunta ekadasi, adhyayana uthsavam will start on that day at sri devadhirajan sannidhi, this is very important uthsavam ,aseethi will be compleated in 10days.nearly 36 to40 members will take part in this kainkaryam. but no sambhavana to them by devasthanam , only as bhavana not (sambhavana )Rs 500 given by vedaparayana trust for 10 days , once i requested you to write about this vedaparayana kainkaryam to all list to support this noble kainkaryam, you are also accepted my prayer & sent srimukham , in that you informed that u wish to write soon. i am waiting for that, now i am feeling this is correct time to write about this kainkaryam. 60 years compleated in ani, moth, we planed to rise sambhavana from ani. but not getting ur support we not able to do it. we are giving now only Rs 2500 aged swamis, (4 person) Rs 2300 given junior swamies (11 person) one student Rs 500, totaly smbhvan given Rs 35800 PM we are planing to rise up to Rs 3000 to all, total expenditure will increase Rs 9700 PM per year Rs 120000. to receive this as interest we should deposit 15lack more. this is with out ur support not posible to us, thus i request you to write about this kinkaryam & trust ,i thank full for ur writen kinkaryam on sri vilakkoli perumal sarangathi deepika , through that swamy desikan kainkaryam will go with out any brake.same this vedaparayana kainkaryam also should be done. plz reply dasan satakopan
