The Lord’s grace is limitless. He provides total bliss to every limb of His devotee in such a way that others are not aware of it. “viyalidam uNda pirAnAr viduttha thiruvaruLAl uyalidam peRRuyntham, anjalam thOzhi! Or thaN-thenRal vanthu ayalidai yArum aRinthilar, ampoon-thuzhAyin in thEn puyaludai neermai-yinAl thadaviRRu, en pulan-kalanE.” (By the exemplary grace of the Lord, Who swallowed the wide worlds into His stomach, we got a place to survive. Hereafter, we will not be afraid of the northern hot air etc. Oh my friend! A pleasant breeze came carrying the sweet honey drops of Tulasi, like rain drops, and fondled my limbs and ornaments, without anyone nearby noticing it.) 57. Our minds are being stirred in devotion by Him, as the ocean which was stirred by Him with His own hands to produce the nectar. “pulak-kuNdalap puNdareekattha pOrk-keNdai, valli-yOnRAl vilakkuNdu ulAkinRu vEl-vizhikkinRana, kaNNan kaiyAl malakkuNdu amutham churantha maRikadal pOnRu avaRRAl kalakkuNda nAnRu kaNdAr, emmai yArum kazhaRalarE.” (On the lotus-like the face (of the Lady-love), with beautiful ear-rings, the fish-like twin eyes, separated by the creeper-like nose, appear to be in pain as though pierced by a spear. The eyes look like the stirred ocean which was churned by the Lord with His own hands. ‘No one who is aware of this fact will find fault with me’)[says the Ladylove.] 58. He provides the Bliss exceeding the limits of the world and the sky. “kazhal thalamonRE nilamuzhuthAyiRRu, oru kazhal pOi nizhal thara ellAvisumbum niRainthathu, neeNda aNdaththu uzhaRalar j~nAnac-chudar viLakkAy uyarnthOrai illA azhaRalar thAmaraik kaNNan ennO ingu aLakkinRathE?” (Just one foot of the Lord covered the entire world. The other foot went up and occupied the entire sky. Is there anything left here to measure for the Lord, Who stays in the mighty Paramapadam; Who is like a lamp of knowledge that spreads light everywhere; Who has neither an equal nor a superior; and Whose eyes are like an unfading lotus grown on the muddy land.) 59. His Bliss is such that the devotee cannot bear the delay. “aLapparum thanmaiya oozhiyang-kankul am thaNNam thuzhAykku uLapperum kAthalin neeLiyavAy uLa” (The nights look longer than the measureless life-time of countless Brahmas, because of the growing desire for the pleasant Tulasi of the Lord. {“oozhi” is a measureless time covering the life-time of countless Brahmas (several kalpas).] 60. The Lord is anxious to give the Bliss even to those devotees who are not yet qualified for it. “mulaiyO muRRum pOnthila, moipoonkuzhal kuRiya, kalaiyO araiyillai, nAvO kuzhaRum, kadal maNNellAm vilaiyO ena miLirum, kaN ivaL paramE? perumAn malaiyO thiruvEnkadamenRu kaRkinRa vAchakamE.” (She is yet a child. Breasts have not yet developed; the hair is still very short; the dress does not remain on her waist; the tongue still babbles; the eyes are not yet steady and they look at the earth and the ocean as if they are purchasable objects. But, how is she uttering repeatedly the words, “Is the Tiruvenkada hill the Lord’s abode.”?)
