Guest guest
Dear All, I am writing this to you to let you know that effective April 10th, I will be re-locating from Kuwait to Egypt to take up a new position and assignment there at Port Damiette right on the Mediterranean coast, just a couple of hours drive from the famous and beautiful city of ALexandria but very near Port Said. I will be working on a US$ 680mn project that my company along with a consortium of international shipping and financing companies is promoting. My assignment may last anywhere between 18 to 24 months after which I may either return to Kuwait or be posted elsewhere in the world. My email ID remains the same. I will inform you of my new Egyptian mobile roaming number shortly. My postal address is as follows: Sudarshan MK Chief Financial Officer & Vice-President DAMIETTA INTERNATIONAL PORT CO. " DIPCO " Egypt - Damietta Port – Investment CenterBuilding – 3th Floor T: +2 057 292048/49 F: +2 057 292050 If any of you happen to travel to Egypt (Cairo/ALexandria), please do not hesitate to contact me. Following my move, I will continue to be in touch with all 'bhaagavataas and astikaas' on the list who have been good friends of mine all these years. But on the Tiruvenkatam Group list, I will now be able to continue only in an advisory capacity. This is due to lack of time and heavy committments on the work front. The new moderator for the Group is Sri (Villakudi) Rajagopalan Raghunathan (Sri Raghu) who is a stalwart of the Tiruvenkatam Group in Kuwait for many years. He is a 'sishya' of Srimadh Andavan Ashramam and a " parama-saatvika " having learnt " vEdaadhyAna " under Sri IVK Chary of Kuwait. He is also a very active and multi-faceted member of many community-service and social organizations in Kuwait. He is far less controversial and far more knowledgeable and popular personality than his predecessor. I am sure the Group-list will go from strength to strength under his watch. I will continue of course to lend my shoulders to all the Group activities from Egypt. I take this opportunity of thanking all member friends of all Srivaishnavite group-lists for all the kindness shown to me all these years through their private and/or list-emails as well as personal contact in some cases. On the imminent occasion of " tamizh varusha-porappu " (Tamil New Year's Day), I pray to the Lord of Tiruvenkatam to bless us all with his " paripoorna katAksham " !! Regards, daasan, Sudarshan MK Warm Regards, Sudarshan " A life is perhaps worth nothing; but nothing certainly is worth as much as life " .
