srI:srimate gopaladesika mahadesikaya namahaWhile reading about Sri Srinivasa Thirukkalyana mahotsavam by TTD in Chennai, adiyen has received an invitation from The Hindu temple society of North America, Flushing, NY to attend the Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya's 600th Birthday celebrations on April 12th & April 13th of 2008 with Sri Srinivasar Thirukkalyana utsavam by TTD. On Saturday, Apr 12th, at 9.30 AM procession of Pallaki special Seva with chanting of Vedic mantras, Mangala vadhyam, of utsava murthys of Srinivasar, Sridevi and Bhudevi to Kalyana Mandapam, followed by Sri Srinivasa Thirukkalayanam with music at 10 AM for 3 hours. The pallaki and utsava moorthys have been brought from TTD. A number of priests and artists

join from Tirumala. In the afternoon at 2.30 PM is the birthday celebration of Sri Annamacharya. As per invitation, participation is by Sponsorship only.
