Guest guest
Dear Devotees, Lakhs of Bhaktas are thrilled that the Lord of the Divya Desam Thiru vEngadam (Thiruppathi,Thirumalai) has graciously arrived in their locality to bless them with His darshan. They acclaim: what a miracle of modern technology (satellite television) or modern means of air-transport across the seas to distant New York! Devout Sri Vaishnavas hope to visit all or at least as many as possible of the 106 earthly divya desams in their lifetime, and aspire to reach the two spiritual divya desams in the hereafter. I earnestly hope that the modern short-cuts to enable these pilgrimages in a virtual manner either in one's own drawing room or by taking a taxi to the nearest temporary abode of the image of the original Archa Murti worshipped in the Punya Bhumi, will not weaken the will-power of the younger generation to undertake the pilgrimage to the Divyadesam itself.
