pangatthaay! paaRkadalaay! paarin mElaay!

panivaraiyi Nnucchiyaay! pavaLa vaNNaa,

enguRRaay emperumaan! unnai naadi

vangatthAl – with huge waves, boats, ships

maa maNi vandhu undhum – the precious stones are

brushed aside

munneer mallaiyaay- the three kinds of water surround

the Divya Desa, Thirukkadanmallai Lord!

madhiL kacchi ooraay – The Lord of Thirukkacchi divya

desam with tall ramparts!

pEraay – ThiruppEr Divya Desa Lord!

Kongu a thaar vanam- fragrant flowered large

konRai alangal – konRai garlanded

maarbha- divine chested Lord!

Soolan varaiyin – greatest Himalayas

Madampaavai – daughter Uma

Idampaal – was kept in the left (of Rudran)

pakkatthAy – The Lord who keeps such a Rudran in His

right side!

paaRkadalaay! – The Lord of Milky ocean!

Paarin maelaay- The One who is in bhoomi as well in

all divya desams!

panivaraiyin ucchiyaay – The One who is at the top of

cool mountain!

pavaLa vaNNA – red Coral coloured Lord!

perumAn! – Sarva Swami!

Engu uRRaay – where are you?

yEzahiyEn – the unfortunate One- who has not enjoyed

you yet- this lowly self

evanamE – like this (lamenting)

izhaitharugEn – am wandering

 

vandhu- the ocean picks up all precious stones that

are brushed aside at the shore as if they are offered

to the Lord of Thirukkadanmallai.

 

adiyEn (I) who has paid my prostrations and pranAmams

at various divya desams here – when thinking of it, my

mind longs for all such places again. It never stops

at any place as each place is unique with a unique

enjoyment of You. I don’t even know how many I haven’t

seen yet. There is a divya mangaLa vigraham where you

have placed Parvathi pathi Rudran on Your Right due to

Your sowlabhyam! Where is that place? I wish to know.

You show Youself as Srivaikunta nAThan –Sarva Swami

only in Paramapadham or anywhere else? I thought of

Milky ocean when I saw the waters.

 

PavaLavaNNA- when I uttered, it reminded me of Sun,

Vaiswanara agni, etc., and your divine thEjas

(effulgence). You are there in Air, Space everywhere.

How can I go behind the air to see you and enjoy?
